Office Policies

At Mouth Carolina we are dedicated to providing you with the best service possible. No case is too big and no case is too small. We have big dreams and hope that you do too! We pledge to commit ourselves to helping you realize your dental dreams and gain the self-confidence that comes with a beautiful smile.

For your convenience we proudly provide Monday through Saturday care. In addition we also stay open well beyond standard office hours Monday through Friday.

An emergency to you is an emergency to us! We accept emergencies at all times and realize that timely care for your issue is in your best interests. Call or email us with the nature of your emergency to be seen as soon as possible.

For all uninsured procedures we kindly request that you pay for your services in full at the time that services are rendered. If we have an insurance pre-estimate from your policy we will estimate your portion and bill you for the difference if your insurance fails to pay their portion in full.

For your convenience we accept all major credit cards, all insurances, and Care Credit in office financing which enables you to spread your payments over a number of months. For any insurance coverage you might have we will contact your insurance company for a coverage table and sometimes pre-approvals so that we may inform you of the estimated amount which they will cover for each of your treatments. We will send out your claim the day services are rendered through our advanced Electronic Medical Records system and either reimburse you or bill you for the difference in what we receive from them via mail. We are a Delta Dental Premier preferred provider.

Our Saturday appointments are in extremely high demand and we allot a specific time in our schedule for your treatment. Therefore, if you miss a Saturday appointment without giving us ample notice to refill that space we reserve the right to refuse you future Saturday appointments.
