An emergency to you is an emergency to us! We accept emergencies at all times and realize that timely care for your issue is in your best interests. Call or email us with the nature of your emergency to be seen as soon as possible.
For all uninsured procedures we kindly request that you pay for your services in full at the time that services are rendered. If we have an insurance pre-estimate from your policy we will estimate your portion and bill you for the difference if your insurance fails to pay their portion in full.
For your convenience we accept all major credit cards, all insurances, and Care Credit in office financing which enables you to spread your payments over a number of months. For any insurance coverage you might have we will contact your insurance company for a coverage table and sometimes pre-approvals so that we may inform you of the estimated amount which they will cover for each of your treatments. We will send out your claim the day services are rendered through our advanced Electronic Medical Records system and either reimburse you or bill you for the difference in what we receive from them via mail. We are a Delta Dental Premier preferred provider.
