Smile Makeover

This patient presented with discolored and misaligned teeth and severe fear of dentists. He desired a brighter and more aesthetic smile but did not want to have surgery or braces. For this case we utilized full-mouth bleaching initially. Next we used models made from the patient's teeth to create a wax representation of what his new crowns would look like. Through consultations with the patient we were able to arrive at an aesthetic result in wax that was very pleasing to him. At this point we prepared the teeth for the crowns and made temporary crowns for the patient to try out the different shades of white to make sure he was happy with the color and to make sure he was comfortable with the bite before we made the final crowns. Once we arrived at a shade of his choosing and verified the bite we had six Lava crowns fabricated for the top front six teeth. The end result is a drastic and very natural-looking transformation that was extremely gratifying for this office and our patient. His fear of the dentist has been virtually eliminated.

Diastema Closure

This patient presented with a chief complaint of a gap between her two front teeth which she was born with. The most conservative treatment I offered was to perform a procedure known as a "diastema closure"

This diastema closure was a simple and painless procedure involving the micro-roughing the central surfaces of the two front teeth to facilitate bonding. We then "glued" multiple shades of moldable composite to those surfaces using precise measurements and custom color selection to match her natural teeth. Next we cured those composites and contoured the restorations to the patient's specifications. Notice what a difference it makes in the overall esthetic of the patients face!

The Chipped Tooth

This patient presented with a "chip" in one of his front teeth from an accident when he was a child. Because of the missing tooth structure which normally would contact the tooth beside it that tooth rotated on it's axis over time visually exaggerating the issue.

In a short simple painless procedure which required no anesthesia I was able to restore the tooth to it's ideal contour by binding composite to the remaining tooth structure. I removed a nearly microscopic amount from the tooth to facilitate the bonding and to visually correct the afore mentioned rotation creating the appearance of "instant orthodontics". Because the teeth on the side of the chip were kept dry during the procedure they appear whiter and will return to thier original shade once they fully regain thier moisture.

Dental Bonding

Composite bonding before and after on a chipped tooth, the procedure required no anesthesia and took less than a half hour

Crown and Implants

This is an implant and crown before and after case. Patient had a missing tooth in the front so we had an implant installed and put a crown over the implant abutment. The tooth next to it had a leaky crown so we replaced that one as well.

Huge cosmetic case, patient presented missing two of her front teeth and we replaced all the front teeth with 2 dental bridges
